RACE COURSE:
Saturday’s Half- Beautiful out & back “T” course through Cape Henlopen State Park …Lewes Main Beach-to Lewes-To Rehoboth-to Lewes Main Beach.Sunday’s 5k- Grove Park course through the pines of Northside Rehoboth 
1 mile Fright Walk will start with the 5k and do an out & back on Henlopen Avenue.
PASTA DINNER OPTION & PACKET PICKUP:

 COURSE CUT-OFF TIMES FOR HALF-MARATHON ONLY:
At the 11:15 am start to the Awards Ceremony, there still may be folks on the course as the cutoff is 3:00:00 or an average of 13:44 min/per mile
Here are your splits to remain on pace to finish under the cut-off.

The 5m mark on the return is only 1 mile from the start and the finish so we ask that you be at the 5m split by 1:08:40 (13:44/per mile).  If you are over the 1:08:40 time at 5 miles we ask that you stop and walk back to the start/finish as you did not make the cut-off.   We only pay to keep agencies (Police/Fire/Medic/Rangers) for so long and for your safety you must remain under the cutoff pace of a 13:44 min per mile which we feel is very reasonable for a half-marathon runner.    Please know that this is not a “walk only” event.

1m Fright Walk…this is a non-competitive 1 mile walk with no awards
Awards that are not picked up at the race can also will be available to be picked up during the week locally as well.   Contact [email protected] to arrange a pickup if you miss the awards ceremony.  Seashore Striders will mail “Out of Town” awards by receiving a check/cash/venmo for $10 to cover postage.
