We are fundraising for Justin Morris.  A young man, born and raised in Chimacum, a 2012 graduate of CHS.  Justin is now married with a young daughter, living in Ellensburg, Washington and is employed as a corrections officer.  Diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, Justin is now fighting a battle that no young man should have to, but he does not have to do it alone.  His treatments are on the west side of the mountains, so we are trying to help cut those travel costs as well as living expenses while he kicks cancer’s butt!
Two options that you may run or walk.  5k or 10k.  Strollers are welcome.  Kids 12 and under are free and may participate alongside their guardians. 
The course will start and end at the Church of Latter Day Saints at 10104 Rhody Drive in Chimacum.  The loops will take you through HJ Carroll park and then back to the church.    The trail is made up of crushed gravel and has a couple rolling hills.  There will be water on the course and photographers on the route-so smile for the camera!! 
There will be snacks at the finish line and a few more surprises I am sure will pop up as we get closer to the date. We have created a Facebook event, so please look to that for updates.
