RBC Brooklyn Half

Join a 13.1-mile adventure through Brooklyn, starting at Prospect Park and ending at the iconic Coney Island boardwalk, with the RBC Brooklyn Half. With stunning waterfront views and 28,000 participants this is a large-scale race in one of New Yorks most vibrant boroughs. The race weekend includes a pre-race party Presented by New Balance, and a post-race celebration in Maimonides Park, this is more than just a race. Since 1981, this legendary event has been proudly representing Brooklyn and is one of the largest half marathons in the US! As one of New Yorks five boroughs, Brooklyn has a diverse food and culture scene and is a great base from which to take in all that New York offer.Start near the Brooklyn Museum and run past the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and around Grand Army Plaza before entering Prospect Park. After a loop around the park, exit from the southwest corner onto Ocean Parkway and cruise toward the world-famous Coney Island for a triumphant finish on the boardwalk.
