At High Tide Runs, we pride ourselves on removing barriers and helping individuals achieve their goals. Our low-cost races are cozy and intimate, where you have a chance to get to know your fellow runners and your race director. And don’t worry about fuel and water, we’ve got you covered so you can focus on your performance.
With the flexibility to sign up for any of at least four different distances at every one of our friendly gatherings, you can decide what feels right for you on race day. Plus, there are special incentives for signing up for multiple events, including discounts on the total, free entry to another event, and special edition HTR shirts for completing 10 or more events in one calendar year.

Course Description:
The race starts at South Lake.https://goo.gl/maps/cGaZ9Auy7bC5aAvx95k, 10k, and 15k runners will follow the scenic path around the park, making a loop around Freedom Hall and Swan Lake before heading back to the start.5k: 1 loop10k: 2 loops15k: 3 loopsHalf Marathoners will complete 4 loops. Additionally, they’ll make 2 loops at the beginning of the race, circling the playground facing Warner Ave before joining the other runners.
Water stations are conveniently placed near Swan Lake and at the finish for loop runners.Course Time Limit: 3 hours and 30 minutes. You must cross the finish line by 11 am.
What You Get:
All participants will receive a finisher’s medal, finish line treats, and free downloadable race photos.Race results will be posted on our website within 10 hours of the race.Gear Check: Personal items can be stored with our staff at the High Tides Tent.
Water Stations: Two fully stocked water stations are available on the course, with Gatorade at all stations.
Race Photos: Our course photographer will capture your journey, and you can download your photos for free within 24 hours of the event.
Results: This is a gun-timed event, and race results will be published on RunSignup within 10 hours of the race.
Refund and Deferral Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we do allow deferrals until 48 hours before the event. You can also transfer your entry to another person for free up to 48 hours before the event.Who Can Register:
