WE ARE MADE TO MOVE.
Welcome to Made to Move, a race series created by women, for women. We are known for our gift of helping women own + share their stories, and we believe that running and moving our bodies forward is one of the most powerful ways to do this. Made to Move celebrates competitive spirit, goals, connection and women owning their stories. It honors not just race day, but each woman’s journey to it.
Who’s ready to race? Join us on June 11 in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin, for three distinct races — our signature 10K, 5K and new half marathon — or choose a distance to run virtually.
All participants will receive a beautiful custom medal, race bib, race shirt or tank, plus other fun surprises along the way. Your weekend will be packed with inspiration, from the small touches we’ve got planned at Friday’s market to the race day course messages to the Saturday night celebration event. What is most unique about Made To Move is that YOU are part of our story. As you fill out registration, your answers will help inform our messages and designs as race day approaches. This is also more than just a race, it’s a weekend experience filled with events, community and inspiration. You can travel here solo, with friends or with your family, and we’ll ensure you have everything you need to make your time here in Madison memorable and meaningful.
Made to Move is actively working to remove barriers that often prevent women from running and racing. It is Made to Move’s mission to ensure that every woman feels welcome, safe and able to show up as her full and true self to the race experience. To eliminate the financial burden that could hinder a woman’s participation in Made to Move, we have established the Made to Lift fund.
We’re also bringing back our popular MTM teams this year too! Inspired by the mantras of our sister company Fellow Flowers and led by women in this community, these teams are easy and powerful ways for you to honor the reasons why you are running this race. NEW this year is your ability to create your own team and bring together your run squad, work colleagues, training group, gym and friends! It’s easy to join or create a team in registration.
