The Hickory Foundation YMCA hosts an annual Turkey Trot, featuring various running events to promote community health and support. Participants’ fees contribute to the YMCA’s mission of enhancing spirit, mind, and body within the Hickory community. Participants of all ages can join, with awards for the top male and female finishers in specific age groups, including trophies, custom glasses, and medals. There is also a “Phantom” race option for those preferring to run independently. All registrants before a specified date receive a custom t-shirt, adding an extra perk to participation.
