What a great way to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day!  Get ready for the 5th annual Get Lucky Half Marathon run/walk in Ft. Walton Beach Florida!  Try your luck on this fast and flat yet challenging Half Marathon course through the scenic neighborhoods of downtown Fort Walton Beach.  Race start and end is at the Landing Park on Brooks Street.  The course is out and back with 3 aid stations on the course.  There is a 3 hour time limit for walkers, the course will close at 10am.  All runners and walkers will recieve an awesome finishers medal!  This is a rain or shine event.  There are no refunds for any reason. The afterparty and awards ceremony will be held at the brand new Woodfoot Brewery just east of the finish line.  Beer, soft drinks and food is provided for all registered runners.   Awards for Runners: Overall Male and Female, Master and Grandmaster. Male and Female 3 deep in 5 year age groups.Awards for Walkers: Top 3 Overall Male and Female.Finishers medals are guaranteed for the first 75 people registered that finish the race so sign up early.
