The 5K/10K and half marathon courses are USATF certified, and chip timed. The Foothills Trail in Orting is paved and provides flat areas with easy slopes. Check-in and race bag pick up will take place at Orting Skate Park, 425 Washington Ave SE Orting, WA 98360All registered participants will receive a race bib and medal. Results will be made available online the week after the race. Runners must complete the course in four hours to be officially timed. Registration deadline is May 30th, 2023. Refreshments will be made available at this event for participants. Please bring your own water bottle. Proceeds benefit youth recreation programs. T-shirts are not available for purchase at this event. Check in begins at approximately one hour before the start of each race. Participant check-in/start times are as follows: 1/2 Marathon-Check-in @ 7:15am, Race Begins at 8:15am, 10K Check-in @ 7:30am, Race Begins at 8:30am, 5K-Check-in @ 7:45am, Race Begins at 8:45am. We welcome all ages and abilities. All participants will receive a race bib and keepsake medal.
