The 2023 Lilac Run will take place on the FINAL day of the Lilac Festival at Highland Park.  NEW this year we will be adding a Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st for our athletes and participants to enjoy!  Both in-person and virtual race experiences will be offered again this year!  Join us on Sunday, May 21st for the in person Lilac Run 5K, 10K and Dunkin’ Dash!  Choose to run or walk one, two or all three events!  If you register for both the 5K & 10K you will get just one t-shirt with the event and medal.

What is the Dunkin’ Dash?  Who doesn’t love donuts!?!?  Participate in the Dunkin’ Dash which is a 1 mile fun run down Highland Ave.  Run a half mile, get a donut, and run back.  Enjoy visits from Cuppy the Dunkin’ Donuts mascot.  All participants receive a donut and Dunkin’ Dash t-shirt.  The perfect fun run to do with the family!
Proceeds:  The Lilac Run benefits Champion Academy, an organization that helps urban teens in poverty overcome their traumatic experiences and use them as fuel to drive their improvement as students, citizens and future professionals.  Consider donating when registering!
