Athletes, lace up your running shoes and get ready for the 6th annual Dash with Splash, proudly organized by Rio Salado College! Choose from a 5K, 10K, or 1-mile run/walk to test your endurance and speed. Whether you’re a competitive runner or just getting started, this event welcomes all ages and ability levels.This year, we have a new location at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, offering a scenic route that promises to challenge and inspire. Your participation will help raise funds for scholarships and initiatives that support students in their educational journey.Can’t make it in person? Join our Dash with Splash Virtual Run from anywhere and at your own pace. All virtual participants will receive a custom event finisher’s medal and a custom event t-shirt. Please note, virtual race packets are available for U.S. addresses only.What’s in it for you? Besides the thrill of the race, all runners receive a custom event medal and tech shirt, with age group awards for the top three finishers in the 10K and 5K categories. You’ll also enjoy a pre- and post-race “Runner’s Brunch” with granola bars, fruit, water, and Gatorade to refuel and refresh. Track your progress with chip timing and access real-time results and photos via our website or mobile app.On race day, registration opens early at Kiwanis Park, accepting cash and credit card payments. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome, but please leave roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices at home.
