Come run, walk, or crawl with us for the 9th Annual Claxton Rattlesnake Run!  This FUN event offers a one mile fun run/walk; 5k and 10k options.  Routes are mostly flat with very miminal inclines through the neighborhoods within the city limits of Claxton and Hagan, Georgia.  All routes begin and end at Claxton City Hall (206 W Railroad St, Claxton, GA).  On site registration and packet pick-up will open Saturday, March 2, 8:00 a.m.  Run start time – 9:00 a.m.  Event includes post-run celebration and awards ceremony.  Awards will be presented to the top overall finishers for the 5k and 10k, male and female divisions.  All pre-registrations (early bird registration ends Feb 20th) will receive a Claxton Rattlesnake Run t-shirt and free admission pass to attend the 56th Annual Claxton Rattlesnake & Wildlife Festival  on Saturday, March 9th.   For more information, contact the Claxton-Evans County Chamber of Commerce, (912) 739-1391 or email [email protected].   Event details and schedule
