Bark in the Park – a fundraiser for Greenhill Humane Society
Alton Baker Park becomes a hub for canine enthusiasts who gather for a run/walk event supporting the Greenhill Humane Society. The festivities celebrate the human-animal bond with activities for dogs, vendor booths, food trucks, demonstrations, contests, and prizes. It’s the largest pet event in the Southern Willamette Valley and a major run/walk in Eugene. Open to individual runners—with or without dogs—and teams, the event is professionally chip-timed through Eclectic Edge Racing. Additionally, participants can fundraise to support the care of thousands of animals, fostering a community-driven cause centered on animal welfare.
