Skyros Hiking Club together with the Municipality of Skyros island is inviting you to Skyros Half-marathon also known as Skyros Run.The following distances are available:- Road race 21km.- half marathon- 10 km race- 5km and 1000m for kids- Castle challenge 3kSkyros Run is waiting  for you to experience the beauty of Skyros at its most ideal time, to  discover the new idyllic routes we designed for you, and to celebrate  all together in the spirit of sport for another year!

Originating as the Lake Guntersville race, it has transitioned over the years to what is now a much-loved course through scenic downtown Guntersville and alongside Lake Guntersville. Hosted by the City of Guntersville Recreation Department, the event features both accredited courses, gaining recognition for their fast, all-paved tracks that present minimal elevation challenges. Participants receive race packets with T-shirts and goodies upon entry, and top finishers earn prestigious trophies and medals.
