Rock CF invites everyone to join the annual event supporting cystic fibrosis awareness and health empowerment. The community of participants aims to change how living with cystic fibrosis is perceived, helping individuals not just survive, but thrive. All proceeds from the event directly support the Rock CF Foundation’s mission. Participants can take part in person by starting at Grosse Ile High School or virtually, contributing from anywhere. Shuttle services are available to transport participants between locations. Engage with the community and share your journey online using the Rock CF social platforms.
