ICC Sevathon

From the Sanskrit word ‘Seva’ meaning service, Sevathon was born as an India Community Center initiative. It is a platform designed to bring Non Profit Organizations together and fundraise for their causes. Sevathon welcomes any and all Non Profit Organization with a good standing to come and partner with us. We provide the platform, the marketing, and the support. All that the Non-Profit Organizations need to do is ask their supporters to register for an activity of their choice.
Walkers, runners, yoga and dance enthusiasts come together each summer to fundraise and strengthen the Non Profit Organizations’ causes and communities.

YogathonBring your own Yoga Mat for Yogathon practice. Yogathon will take place in the area behind the festival area. Please pick up your Bib from the Registration Booth and proceed to this area. If you have already picked up the Bib then you can proceed directly to this area.
Dance-A-ThonDance-A-Thon or Dance marathons are events in which people dance or move to music for 1.5 hours. At the Sevathon Dance-A-Thon you can support your favorite cause while you have fun with family and friends and groove to the beat of popular music – from Zumba and Bhangra to Bollywood and Hip Hop we have you covered.
Awards:There are overall winner medals in each race for Men and Women’s. Additionally there’s age group winner medals as well. All 1/2 Marathon participants get a finishers medal. Timing mats will be placed at the turn-around points of all the races. Make sure to cross them for your timing accuracy and be counted for awards.
T-Shirt & Bib DistributionT-shirt and bib pick up is available on the following days at ICC (525 Los Coches St, Milpitas):• Fri, August 23rd from 3:00PM – 6:00PM • Sat, August 24th from 10:00AM – 1:00PM

Virtual Runs• If you are unable join us at ICC Sevathon 2024 on the race day but want to support a Non Profit Organization and its cause, you can sign up for the Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K Virtual Run.• Runners will have five (5) days to complete the Virtual Run. Pick a day between August 21, 2024 – August 25, 2024 to run anytime, anywhere.• The Virtual Run (5K, 10K, or Half Marathon) has to be completed on the same day and not over a period of days.• Participants will track their distance and time via a run-tracking app of their choice, and submit proof of their run time and distance via screenshot to receive the t-shirt.• Email proof of submission to [email protected]. Submissions accepted between August 21, 2024 – August 26, 2024.• T-shirt can be picked up at ICC, 525 Los Coches St, Milpitas, CA 95035 by August 31, 2024.
