The Municipality of Alonissos invites you to tackle the Alonissos Challenge. This event is a fantastic opportunity for athletes to experience the breathtaking landscapes of the Sporades while running through diverse routes. Athletes can choose from three competitive races: 30 km, 10 km, and 2 km. For those who prefer a more leisurely pace, there’s a 15 km path tailored for walkers. All races start and finish at the port of Patitiri in Alonissos.

Hosted by the City of Guntersville Recreation Department, the event features both accredited courses, gaining recognition for their fast, all-paved tracks that present minimal elevation challenges. Participants receive race packets with T-shirts and goodies upon entry, and top finishers earn prestigious trophies and medals.
