Race for Hope DSM is an annual event fueled by the story of a local teen diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Inspired by the Race for Hope in Washington, D.C., this event aims to raise awareness and funds for brain tumor research, unite the community, honor those who have passed, and celebrate survivors. Since its inception, Race for Hope DSM has gathered hundreds of participants annually and has raised over $700,000 for brain tumor research. Operated by an all-volunteer staff, the event is committed to maximizing proceeds for brain tumor initiatives.
