Join the “Run for Mental Health” and make a difference. Embrace a journey towards mental well-being by running with purpose and heart. This event encourages participants to break the stigma associated with mental health while enjoying a supportive and stress-free environment. All ages and paces welcome, with options to either run or walk. Those involved will receive a swag bag containing a running T-shirt, a finisher’s medal, and a digital training pack.
