Join the “Run for Mental Health,” an inspiring movement to promote well-being and break mental health stigma. Participants of all ages and paces are welcome to run or walk in a supportive, stress-free environment. Experience the event in person or choose a virtual run, tracking your progress at your convenience. Runners receive a swag bag, including a t-shirt, finisher’s medal, and training pack. By joining, you also gain access to local run clubs to support your fitness journey.
