The event takes place at Putnam County Junior High School, offering a chip-timed endurance race on paved county roads with scenic views that may include sightings of deer and eagles. Participants will navigate a course featuring hills and flat areas, with water stations available. Volunteers manage each mile marker for traffic control. The event provides emergency coverage, and post-race food and beverages will be available. While strollers and walkers are welcome, headphones are not allowed. Special awards include top overall finishers and age bracket categories, along with distinctive medals for RRCA Championship Race participants.
