Phoenix Shamrock 10K / 5K Run/Walk

Join StartLine Racing for a celebrated tradition in the valley! The Shamrock 10K/5K event welcomes athletes to Kiwanis Park in Tempe, limited to 700 participants. Experience the thrill of “Chase the Leprechaun” in the 5K distance! A leprechaun will be set loose on the course, and participants who pass the leprechaun and complete the race will earn a prize at the finish line. This challenge is open to all 5K participants without additional registration.For those unable to join in person, mail-in and virtual registration options are available. Participate from anywhere, earn the medal and shirt, with shipping included post-event. Note that virtual registration is open to US addresses only.All participants will receive a custom event medal and choice of a custom event tech shirt. Age group awards for the top three in all age categories for both the 10K and 5K (race day participants only). The age groups are as follows: 8 & Under, 9 & 10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & Over. Enjoy a pre- and post-race “Runner’s Brunch” featuring granola bars, fruit, water, and Gatorade. Benefit from real-time results and photos available on our website or mobile app. The event is organized by StartLine Racing.Race day registration opens at 6:30 am at Kiwanis Park, accepting cash, check, and credit cards. Fees: 10K – $60, 5K – $50. Please note, no roller blades, skateboards, or motorized devices are allowed on the course, but we welcome leashed pets, wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons. The event will proceed rain or shine, with no refunds due to weather.Packet pick-up opportunities include a location at Road Runner Sports in Tempe or on race day starting at 6:30 am.
